Customers have 24 hours from the time they place an order to change their minds and ask for it to be canceled. We can’t accept cancellation requests after this time because we quickly process and ship orders to make sure they get there on time.
We will only give you your money back if the item is damaged, faulty, or very different from what you ordered. You will have seven days after receiving the item to tell us if you want to return it or get a refund. Verification of all claims and adherence to our return policies are prerequisites.
